 Background:

  • Monitors the quality and standards of the overall operations of training department. Ensures all training activities are in accordance of the corporate standards.


 
 Duties and responsibilities:

• Updating department Manuals and Standard Operating Procedures • Prepare and monitoring the Training Needs Analysis of the operational departments and ensures the needs are in accordance with the corporate standards. • Assisting in producing training materials/ course notes for in-house training • Assist in the preparation of the documentation when necessary for the processing of trainee registration. • Ensures accuracy and completeness as necessary. • Monitoring any changes in the company standards and updating all training documentation accordingly. • Update training documents based on airline standards, ISAGO regulations and DGCA rules. • Follow up with expired training licensed to renew it on time. • Make sure that class rooms are ready prior to the start date with all required stuff and materials. • Guides the secretary in preparing necessary reports • Coordinating and updating all necessary training materials and syllabus whenever there’s a new policy or standardization that needs to be followed. • Carries out other related issues assigned by the manager • Responsible to comply with the applicable laws, regulations and procedures of NAS and their customers. • Responsible for exercising due diligence towards Health & Safety of self & others in the organization as well as environmental protection issues. • Responsible for Safety & Quality of the function/ Task performed • Responsible for reporting to his superiors' occurrences, events, violations and acts that may affect safety, security and company reputation.


 
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

 

  • Education
  • University Degree
  • Professional Experience
  • 2 years’ experience in Aviation Or Related Field
  • Competencies Required

 

  • Microsoft Office
  • Ability to relate to staff at all levels
  • Excellent communication & organizational skills
  • Ability to plan ahead and manage time
