Production Planner

Lead workload activities of the assigned department by planning, scheduling and prioritizing activities in collaboration with site supervisors through office and field meetings. Plan, schedule, and analyze execution to generate successful resolution of issues. Manage and maintain the integrity of the information management systems to achieve the assigned planning and scheduling objectives.


 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Coordinating production workflow for multiple production lines
  • Prepare and submit status and performance reports
  • Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance
  • Determining all resources needed to cover production demand
  • Create, monitor and update detailed process maps
  • Forecast market challenges based on competitor analysis and industry trends
  • Study and review operation business cases and update feasibility studies for operation
  • Prepare operation development program plans and follow-up execution


 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

  • Engineering Degree, Preferred in Mining, processing or related field
  • Minimum 6 years of experience, preferable 3 years in related industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to travel
