 Background:

  • To provide financial reports for NASPORT Management review and analyze the operating variables and results.
  • Presentation of annual budgets
  • Access and full control over the Financial System and ability to audit and vouch the related accounting documents.   
  •  Cash Management and deployment of Funds.
  • Monitor and Advice all Subsidiaries Receivables ageing and collection process.
  • Review and Advice on monthly General Ledger and Financial Statements.


 
 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage the processes over the assigned area ensuring that tasks are completed timely and accurately based on the established monthly calendar.
  • Manage the monthly audit, analysis and reporting completed by the Analysts.
  • Presents financial reports for senior management review along with the operating variables and results.
  • Presenting annual budgets for NASPORT. Ensures the budgeting processes are within the time line.
  • Performs system reconciliation to source systems and documents.
  • Manage the coordination of ad-hoc requests and/or analysis is completed as needed and within deadlines.
  • Supervise, review work and train assigned Financial Analysts.
  • Develops professional staff and recommend various personnel actions including, but not limited to hiring, performance appraisals, transfers, promotions and vacations schedules.
  • Performs other related duties incidental to the work describe herein.
  • Responsible to comply with the applicable laws, regulations and procedures of NASPORT and customers
  • Responsible for exercising due diligence towards Health & Safety of self & others in the organization and also environmental protection.
  • Responsible for Safety & Quality of the function/ Task performed.
  • Responsible for reporting to his superiors' occurrences, events, violations and acts that may affect safety, security and company reputation.
  • Accountable for ensuring the application of explicit Integrated Management system (Quality, Environmental & occupational Health & safety) i.e. Management policies, Processes & Procedures in accordance with NASPORT' Integrated Management System

 


 
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

 

  • Education
  • University Degree in Finance

 

  • Professional Experience
  • 5 years related experience
  • Competencies Required

 

 

  • Ability to coordinate and delegate the work
  • Good decision making and leadership skills
  • Great attention to details
  • With high regard to confidentiality

 

  • Required Licenses/Certifications
  • Basic Knowledge of Oracle System and Accounting/Financial techniques.
