The purpose of this job is to lead the procurement team of tailing and artisanal rocks. Besides data collection, data analysis and generate forecasting for market trends. The candidate as well expected to have an adequate knowledge and experience in inventory control for bulk items. The candidate should be a good negotiator and relationship builder and can work under stress.

• Communicate with plant and site managers to get information about operation plan and future requirement.
• Develops local procurement plan.
• Conduct ongoing supply market research and sourcing on regular basis.
• Communicate with different operating units to finalize the specifications and evaluating offers.
• Getting the required approval for the different stages in procurement processes.
• Using the appropriate procurement methods according to procurement policy and apply procurement policies, guidelines & procedures and highlight any potential or actual discrepancy.
• Obtaining offers from artisan and analyze them.
• Keep records and prices index.
• Follow up with the relevant parties to facilitate the procurement of tailing and artisan rocks.
• Update different stakeholders with the market status and achieved target.
• Raise regular reports according to supply chain reporting system of Rida Group.
• Build and manger procurement team effectively.
• Demand and supply forecasting.

• 5-7 years of experience in procurement , sales or marketing
• Bachelor degree in a relevant field from a reputable university.
