Duties and responsibilities: KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
SCOPE AND AUTHORITY Scope of the Role: The job holder is accountable for fulfilling his or her roles and responsibilities in line with Islamic values and principles of fairness, humanity, honesty, respect and fair treatment of his/her colleagues and staff. The role promotes the HR policies and the IR values in support of the organization projects. Responsibility for Resources:
Responsible for HR and Administration support. On occasions guides managers in the management of their staffing budgets.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
