Background: The Admin is the first contact for CARE office, and is also responsible to perform other administrative responsibilities, which includes supervising office mail/communication room, office helpers to maintain office cleanliness, petty cash management, stationary control, and assist the Admin Department in other general support activities. Admin Assistant role is to ensure that appropriate procedures, process and control mechanisms are in place for the smooth running of the programs and that all administrative and logistics supports are provided without delay and as per the corporate policies and procedures of ADMIN International and relevant SOPs. The Administration Assistant is also responsible for maintaining day to day financial, accounting, administrative and personnel services in order to meet the office daily administrative work. The nature of your job required flexible hours of working, and it is expected from the employee to organize his/ her work to make sure that the tasks are achieved during the working hours whenever possible.

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required: Þ Education: Minimum University degree Bsc. in relevant field from reputed Institution( administration, public relations , management). Þ Work experience: Not less than 2 year in the related job, preferably in International agency. Þ Language: fluency in Arabic; basic communication in English. Þ Computer: Basic computer knowledge and skilled in word processor, database Þ Operation, excel and spreadsheets.
Þ Ability to work under pressure, and for long working hours. Þ Cross cultural sensitivity, adaptable and flexible. Þ Good team player. Þ Good report writing and analytical skills
