Under the direction of the Head of Marketing and Branding Section, the Digital Marketing Coordinator works as a digital liaison for RIDA Group community. This position will be responsible for online marketing concepts, regular updates to the website, blog, and social media. The position will also focus on increasing social media followers and driving engagement on owned channels, managing digital assets and creating community online while also supporting any digital content needs within the organization.

 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Formulate the digital marketing strategy to achieve the company goal.
  • Responsible of website administration, creation and management of day to day social media content.
  • Running email marketing content and campaigns.
  • Monthly website updates.
  • Develop SEO.
  • Create a monthly digital marketing report.
  • Facilitate client-company communication (respond to queries, receive reviews and organize chats).
  • Maintain a monthly content calendar for the social channels.
  • Develop strategies for website and social- media growth.
  • Create and curate image and video assets to support promotional content needs.
  • Assist Marketing Team in writing the content to create an attractive website and social-media.
  • Assist in Business Analysis by exploring and providing relevant marketing reports and research data acquired from the internet.
  • Manage all digital assets provided by creators and upload to appropriate servers and social channels. Weekly, monthly and as-needed social channel reporting.
  • Assist in managing back-end and modifications on website.

 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

  • BSc. In Information Management System, Business Administration or Engineering or any other relevant disciplines.
  • MBA marketing and/or an experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is qualifying for this position, is preferable.
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • An understanding of how to create shareable content that provides a clear idea and engages an audience using words, images, video, and graphics.
  • High creativity level.
  • Strong writing skills both English and Arabic. French is an advantage.
  • Ability to successfully elevating project perception and awareness through strategic and creative content initiatives.
  • Awareness of managing social media content production and working with various media (photography, video, etc.) and platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work on team.
  • Must be organized and be able to manage a project, solve problems and meet deadlines.
  • Basic backend knowledge.
