 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Perform monthly account closing on time with accurate product costing by keeping records all of materials issue to and receipts from operation.
  • Engage on the overall financial operations of the plant and ensure finance is strongly represented in all key plant management decisions.
  • Ensure appropriate levels of interaction with Finance Team & stakeholders to deliver the required support to the operation in a variety of areas including inventory, customer services and operations.
  • Manage cost center budget follow up on monthly basis and share plan updates for QPR review.
  • Improvement in CAPEX Budget follow up files with cost centers and head of operation.
  • Ensure updated purchasing & using plans for RM, SFG based on monthly volumes (MRP).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics ERP system “AX” is an advantage.

 
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

*Minimum Qualification:

  • BSC degree in Accounting and Finance or any other related field.
  • Good English speaking and writing.
  • CMA or ACCA qualifications is an advance.

*Skills and Experience Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG.
  • Advanced skills on MS office are recommended.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to work and communicate at multiple seniority levels.
  • Experience in managing overall financial operations of the plant.
  • Experience of working with auditors and other third-party providers.

Purpose Statement:

  • Coordinating and providing financial, budgetary and administrative support services that require the recording and interpretation of financial and budgetary information to ensure the smooth functioning of support services and inform decision-making.
  • Coordinate with Ops FM to coach plant teams to improve understanding of plant financials, legal entity finance issues, and promote understanding of financial aspects of plant operational issues.
