Background: The overall purpose of this position is to provide overall day-to-day leadership and management of the PHC; and to provide support to the target communities in addressing specific health activities meant to improve access to quality and equitable health services to the populations in the localities covered by BHA and WFP funding; including supporting training/capacity building of PHCs and PHUs based staff and Community Resources persons, supervising and providing ongoing mentorship and support to the preventive services delivery personnel. |

Duties and responsibilities: Coordination and Technical Support
Representation
Management · Conduct performance development reviews (PDR) for staff line managed(if any) · Help collate yearly leave plan for health facility staff in coordination with SMOH and arrange coverage where necessary.
Other Duties:
Emergency response Concern is committed to responding to emergencies efficiently and effectively in order to help affected people meet their basic needs, alleviate suffering and maintain their dignity. To this end, when emergencies strike and Sudan Programme is to respond, all staff are required to actively participate in the response, regardless of location and contribute to the efforts aimed at achieving the humanitarian objective of the organization. |

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required: 1. Education · A Bachelor’s Degree in either Clinical Medicine, Nursing, Public Health or any other related disciplines with At least three (3) years’ experience in Maternal and Child Health programming in an emergency context. 2. Job related Experiences · Knowledge and experience in MoH systems at State level and working with and through local partners · Knowledge and experience in community based health services; including an understanding of the community strategy and community level interventions · Good understanding of cross cutting issues- gender, HIV and AIDS, DRR, etc. and how to integrate them into public health and nutrition programmes. · Excellent programme planning, monitoring and evaluation, interpersonal/communication and report writing skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams. · Fluent in both spoken and written Arabic and English. .
