Duties and responsibilities:

To receive the materials ordered by supply chain management supplied by the vendors as co procedures.

To ensure the correctness in the quality, quantity, specifications, condition of the materials received from vendors.

To keep correct and accurate balance of raw materials

To keep and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
-
To stock the materials received from vendors properly to ensure easy access identification, verification, handling, etc.
-
To ensure proper stocking of materials to avoid any damage and loss.

To ensure a smooth issue of materials to the issue department.
-
To ensure accurate accounting of the materials received and issued.

To ensure proper safety measures are taken for the safety of the store building, materials in the store and the labours working in the store.

Generate reports and submit to the store supervisor.

To attend audit by the auditors.
