Inventory Controller Specialist

 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed.
  • Forecasting supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability.
  • Tracking inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and shortage.
  • Performing regular stock checks and reporting any issues to the supervisor.
  • Maintaining and updating records of materials receiving, reports, and inventory records.
  • Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct quantities ofmaterials are in stock.
  • Review operations schedules and production requirements to ensure timely order fulfilment
  • Liaise with warehouse staff and other internal teams to test products’ quality (status upon delivery and storage conditions)
  • Keep updated inventory records.
  • Perform regular inventory audits.
  • Any other duties assigned by supervisor.
 
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

  • BA in Business Administration, Accounting or relevant field 
  • Proven work experience as Inventory Controller Specialist
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Multitasking and analytical skills
