Emergency Finance Officer

 Duties and responsibilities:


  1. Maintain Bank book and write checques.
  2. Prepare cash and checque vouchers and to handover checques to the customers
  3. To make sure that full documentation, necessary approval is complete before issuing the payment.
  4. Provide daily cash at bank status to the  Area Finance manager
  5. To make sure that the monthly cash forecast sends to regional office in time. 
  6. To make sure that income tax, Zakat, National insurance are paid to its concerned departments.
  7. To ensure that Gadaref  Area office received its requested transfers form CO.
  8. To stamp “paid” all paid invoices, receipts and vouchers.
  9. To make sure that all hard copies of financial documents are photocopied or been scanned and uploaded to One drive package to be sent to Sudan –CO office.
  10. Any other related jobs requested by the Area Manager \Finance Manager


 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:


BSC in accounting, administration or related field .


3-5 years, at least 2 of them with NGOs
