HR Supervisor

HR Supervisor is reporting directly to Sadagaat’s  GM , The HR Supervisor role is supervising all human resources related activities including recruitment, compensation, career development, performance  management , training ,personnel affairs and other HR tasks related to improving the employees working environment.

S/He responsible for providing efficient and effective HR supervisionand performance for Sadagaat Charity Organization. Contribute to develop HR policies and procedures,supervise the team members in the day-to-day HR activities regarding staff records, sets up and maintains files/records (electronic and paper), ensuring proper maintenance of necessary database documentation and monitoring of HRfilling system by applying a sound tracking system for missing document.

 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and administrate recruitment process for new staff, this includes placing adverts, receiving applications, responding to enquiries, emailing invitations and administrative support for candidates during interviews.
  • Implementing and revising Sadagaat’s compensation program
  • Contribute with department managers in creating and revising job descriptions.
  • Conducting annual salary surveys.
  • Developing, analyzing, and updating the Sadagaat’sHR budget.
  • Developing, analyzing and updating the Sadagaat’sPerformance evaluation program.
  • Developing, revising, and recommending Human Resources policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining and revising Sadagaat’sHR handbook on policies and procedures
  • Provide general office administrative support services .
  • Maintaining affirmative action programs
  • Conducting new employee orientations
  • Provide counseling on HR policies and procedures to staff
  • Support the management of all employee relations, such as disciplinary and grievanceissues..
  • Propper management and record of all staff leaves. 
  • Overseeing exit interviews.
  • Maintaining department records and reports.
  • Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedure
  • Monitering all circulars, regulations and announcements received from authority and government
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensureSadagaatfollows all Sudan labor laws, and to minimize legal risks.


 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

  • University degree (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent) in Business, management or any related field.
  • At least Three years of professional experience in HR.
  • Excellent Knowledge ofSudan Labor Law
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office (e.g. Excel, word)
  • Very strong Arabic & English languages.
  • Staff management, including supervision, performance management and matrix management
  • Budget and financial management;
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and empower staff;
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, including skill at working across teams;
