Summary of Job Responsibilities The overall purpose of this position is to provide overall day-to-day leadership and management of the PHC; and to provide support to the target communities in addressing specific health activities meant to improve access to quality and equitable health services to the populations in El Leri for SHF project; including supporting training/capacity building of PHCs and PHUs based staff and Community Resources persons, supervising and providing ongoing mentorship and support to the preventive services delivery personnel. |
