Strategic Objectives:

Project Coordinator- Education Sector: It is one of the most important administrative jobs in implementation department reporting direct to the implementation manager. S/He the one responsible for coordinating the Education projects schedule, resources, equipment’s and necessary information as well as contacting agents to specify the requirements of the project and its range and objectives in addition to fulfilling the demand of our partners while the project progresses, the job requires excellent skills in time management and communication as well as collaboration with the team and agents.

• Collaborating with the Implementation Manager and provide the needed support
• Improve and implement the Education sector projects in all the fields that will help the team in succeeding while providing consultation and supervision.
• Coordinate and liaise with local/regional education authorities, NGOs, private sector actors and other international partners including UN agencies on all education program activities;
• Using different methods to over watch the working hours, plans, expenses and final schedule.
• Monitor the progress of the projects and preparing reports of the project’s accomplishments so far.
• Coordinating the project management activities, resources, equipment’s and necessary data.
• Dividing the project to implementable actions with suitable timeframes.
• Communicating with new agents to specify the requirements, goals and final deadlines of the project.
• Distributing the duties to the team and help manage the time frame.
• Making sure to fulfill the needs of the partners while the project progresses.
• Preparing periodic reports on risk management and open opportunities
• Supervising the purchase management in the projects.
• Monitoring the progress of the projects and handling any problems that may occur.
• Following on the issuing of all legal documents such as contracts and agreement conditions… etc.
• Creating the projects documents, plans. Reports and maintaining them.
• Participating in preparing the projects budget.
• Assist in raising the local societies awareness towards the education cases.
• Assist in gathering information, and preparing the surveys and studies related to the education cases.
• Networking and coordination with government organization and non-government organization working in the field of education and work on creating new chances.
• Any other duties.

• Bachelor degree(Management , Education, International Relations/Development, Social Sciences , or related field)
• 2-3years’ experience in implementing and managing basic education-related projects for children and youth Excellent project coordination skills, managing projects from inception through to completion and evaluation
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with partners across the private, public and voluntary sectors
•  Highly organized with an ability to prioritize, work under pressure and deliver against settargets to agreed deadlines
•  Ability to manage and track multiple projects, often with competing deadlines
•  Effective time management skills and interpersonal skills including negotiation, persuasion,flexibility and problem solving
•  Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to articulate messages clearly and concisely in an engaging style consistent with Sadagaat’s brand
•  Thoroughness, accuracy and attention to detail
•  Experience of developing sustainable and effective partnerships with multiple stakeholders
•  The ability to work across all levels of Sadagaat corporate partners, schools, universities andlocal stakeholders
•  Experience of working with and facilitating employee volunteering activities
•  Experience of working in or with the voluntary and community sector
• An understanding of evaluation and impact measurement techniques within education orcorporate community investment
