Duties and responsibilities:
-
Design, implement, follow up, and support Project civil works activities.

Participate in identifying and selecting vendors for projects implementation.
-
Co-operate and/or supervise vendors activities according to the services contracts with Sadagaat.
-
Monitor the workflow of all projects includes rehabilitation, construction or civil works activities.
-
Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
-
Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status
-
Cooperate and communicate effectively with implementation manager and other project coordinators to provide assistance and technical support.

Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan, scheduling changes, and recommending actions.
-
Controls project costs by approving expenditures and administering contractor contracts.
-
Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends, recommending actions.
-
Ensure that all Sadagaat materials, tools and equipment's under responsibility are well utilized and saved.
-
Report regularly (Weekly / monthly) the workflow and processes.
-
Support and develop the relationship with partners and key stakeholders
-
Any other tasks assigned.

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:
-
Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or other related discipline required
-
2+ years of project experience working in the construction industry required.
-
Safety management
-
Supervision skills.
-
Knowledge in project management and managing budgets.
-
Experience with Excel spreadsheets;
-
Excellent English and Arabic Languages.
