 Background:

Main purpose of job:

The Role of the EducationProgramscoordinator is to contribute in management of the goals and the activities as been stated in the Organization strategy, and to oversee the steps related toEducation projects planning, design and analyze the outcomes of each project. S/He will be reporting to the Planning, Design and Monitoring Manager.



 
 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the Formulation of the Education Projects strategies or suggests changes or improvements to current business plans, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Planning Manager in directing the organization's strategic and long-range goals in collaboration with the planning manager.
  • Conduct organizational reviews to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities and to evaluate operational effectiveness for new Educationprojects.
  • Develop the annual business plans that support and introduce solutions for Educationstrategic issues that impact the organization.
  • Contribute to monitoring and evaluation and learning process and identify the impact of implemented projects and programs.
  • Formulate feasible recommendations to the Planning manager and General Manager on how to optimize near-term growth.
  • Ensure strong collaborative relationship within the departments and externally with key organizations and partners to consistently elevate the quality of thinking and ideas applied to the stakeholders’ business.
  • Support the Fundraising and partnerships function to engage with the Corporate Social responsibility managers in all the companies in the Country,in order to build strategic partnership on the areas that align with Sadagaat strategy.
  • Ensure proper project documentation in place and it was ready in a timely manner.
  • Represent Sadagaat on the meetings organized by the international organization present in Sudan, and providing development and humanitarian aid to the country.
  • Ensure all policy and legal requirements for the organization as they relate to the group are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Any other duties that the organization activities may require

 
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

  • Education professional in Management, Economic, or any field related.
  • 5 years, plus years of experience managing Education programs and projectsmanagement.
  • Strong leadership and management experience and proven success in leading/contributing to program development proposal and report writing skills with proven organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong coordination and leadership skills with proven ability to work across multiple technical areas simultaneously, supporting and mentoring multiple staff members.
  • Experience in project management and managing budgets, result based programming.
  • Experience in monitoring and evaluation.
  • Excellent knowledge in data management.
  • Experience with Excel spreadsheets.
  • Excellent English Language.
