Background: Job Overview: The Health Manager will support the implementation of the IRC’s health programs in Khartoum and additional states as programs grow to ensure the delivery of high-quality primary healthcare services. They will be responsible for programmatic, operational, financial, and staffing aspects for the health team, as well as representation with key actors in the field including the Ministry of Health, UN agencies and other NGOs. |

Working Environment: Primarily the Health Manager will be working in an office environment in Khartoum with travel to open/settlement areas around the city. Occasionally, the Health Manager will be required to travel to additional states for assessments and initial implementation or monitoring visits, which may include remote locations with long periods of travel and reduced access to mobile phone service and electricity
