Duties and responsibilities:

Plan, distribute and coordinate daily fleet schedules.

Monitors the Vehicles overall condition and ensure regular services is completed on time
-
Ensure released vehicles are in excellent condition, safe and clean.

Develops and maintains effective performance standards, policies, and procedures.

Periodically reviews repair work and procedures to ensure accuracy, completeness and efficiency.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations within the workshops for technicians and labors , and provide the necessary security and safety tools for all trucks and light vehicles.

To oversee maintenance programs, prepare and provide technical advice, keep records of all maintenance activities, and analyze and implement solutions for new maintenance requirements.

Establish reports on fuel management ,all maintenance activities , parts and labor expenses .

Communicate with the Marketing and Sales Department to report emergency problems and sudden breakdown of the chicks transferring vehicles to inform and coordinate with clients.

Coordination with the Marketing and Sales Department regarding the process of transferring chicks to agents within Khartoum State and the various regions of Sudan.

Recommends vehicles for replacement, prepares specifications, and arranges for auction or disposal as necessary.

Interviews, selects, trains, disciplines and evaluates fleet drivers directly or through subordinate staff.

Assesses and provides training for personnel.

Reviews and analyzes utilization documentation to recommend vehicle assignment to departments.

Investigates motor vehicle accidents, negotiates settlements, collects damages, and authorizes repairs to County vehicles.
