Background:

Maintenance and, Execution of instructions, manufacturing and install new or modified mechanical components or systems with the supervision of his direct manager.

Good Knowledge and understanding of the variable process within a production or manufacturing area. The process variables used in feed plants are chain conveyors, bucket elevators, pellet press, screws, silos gearboxes, etc…

Duties and responsibilities:
-
Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment.
-
Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
-
Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
-
Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.
-
Detect faulty operations, defective material and, report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
-
Ensure mechanical operations, standards, and controls are maintained at high quality.
-
Repair and perform preventive maintenance as per established standards.
-
Comply with company and customer regulations and policies.

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:
3 years Diploma degree in Mechanical engineering.
3+ years of experience in a technical mechanical field.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
-
Ability to troubleshoot equipment problems.

Ability to work in shifts when the job demands.
-
Problem Solving.
-
Ability to communicate well to other members of the team.

Comply with company safety procedures.
