HR & Admin Supervisor
AUTOBASH
AUTOBASH Co. Ltd , is the engineering arm of BASH group of companies. We are exclusive manufacturer for GEELY commercial and passenger vehicle brand in Sudan. We are looking for a qualified person to fill the following position:

 Supervisor: HR Operation Manager
 No. of Post: 1
 Duty Station: Khartoum
 Closing Date: 31 Sept 2020

 
 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Investigate and report on industrial accidents for insurance carriers.
  • Contract with vendors to provide employee services, such as food service, transportation, or relocation service.
  • Negotiate bargaining agreements and help interpret labor contracts.
  • Advise maintenance section on need of maintenance work at all sections of the company
  • Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices.
  • Ensure that cleaning is properly observed in all vicinity belong to autobash company
  • Advise on best security practices to safeguard employees and the company assets
  • Represent autobash at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
  • Study legislation, arbitration of decisions, and collective bargaining contracts to assess industry trends.
  • Form as necessary committees that cater for staff welfare, provide guidance and supervise their activities
  • Ensure that all waste of raw material or finished products not intended for use is immediately removed away by concerned department
  • Provide best mode of transport to staff with consideration to price incurred
  • In coordination with mechanical department arrange release of company car and assignment to staff as per company policy
  • Provide staff with best and clean food through contracted entity and ensure that food served is of good type and up to standard
  • Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or any relevant field.
  • Preferable MBA and HRM certificates holder
  • Minimum: Bachelor Degree Master’s Degree on Business Administration or HRM.
  • Minimum combination of education and training of relevant experience
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is a must
  • 10+ years of experience in the same position.
