We are seeking an organized, proactive, and result-oriented Finished Goods (FG) Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations. In this role, you will play a vital part in coordinating goods logistics, maintaining stock accuracy, leading floor staff, and ensuring that our finished products reach customers safely and on time.

• Operations Management: Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient workflow, safety, and proper resource utilization.
• Inventory Control & Reconciliation: Track product movements, conduct regular cycle counts and stock reconciliations, and maintain strict stock accuracy.
• Logistics & Storage: Manage the proper storage, handling, loading, and distribution of finished goods while minimizing product damage and optimizing space usage.
• Quality & Safety Compliance: Strictly enforce 5S workplace organization, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and safety standards.
• Interdepartmental Coordination: Work closely with Sales, Distribution, and Logistics teams to support smooth Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations.
• Reporting & Documentation: Keep accurate, up-to-date warehouse documentation and generate operational reports using ERP systems.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on warehousing experience within the consumer commodities / FMCG sector.
• Technical Skills:
  • Hands-on proficiency with ERP systems.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of supply chain procedures, particularly the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, 5S standards, and GMP.
• Core Competencies: Strong team supervision abilities, excellent multitasking skills, and effective communication.
