It was established in the United Kingdom in 1985 in response to the drought in the Horn of Africa. Muslim Aid's Sudan Country office (MASCO) was set up in 1991 in response to the strategic need and to enable the continuation of effective aid work in the country. Currently, Muslim Aid is implementing projects in Kassala, Central Darfur and Red Sea State , Algazieera State , Gdarief State in Sudan.

	Background: Implement and monitor nutrition programs, assess malnutrition cases, and provide nutrition education.
	Duties and responsibilities: Implement and monitor nutrition programs activities. Contact nutrition screening, assessment, and referral of malnourished cases. Provide nutrition education and counseling to beneficiaries and communities. Support the management and prevention of malnutrition. Collect, analyze, and report nutrition data. Train and support health work and community volunteers. Coordinate with health and other relevant sectors to ensure effective nutrition services
	Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required: 3–5 years of experience working with NGOs. Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or a related field. A master’s degree in nutrition or a related field is preferred.
