QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in information technology, computer science, or a related technical field
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED
Proven experience providing day to day IT support to staff including troubleshooting hardware software and connectivity issues
Good knowledge of computer hardware laptops desktops printers scanners and peripheral devices
Strong working experience with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 including email setup user account management permissions and security controls
Experience supporting Windows operating systems and common business applications
Understanding of networking including Wi-Fi access points switches routers and structured cabling
Experience in installing configuring and maintaining office IT equipment and networks
Familiarity with IT asset management including inventory tracking equipment allocation and disposal processes
Understanding of data protection information security and safe technology practices
Ability to follow organizational IT policies procedures and standards
Good documentation skills including writing simple user guides and recording support activities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical issues in simple language
Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests under pressure
Willingness to travel to field locations when required and provide on site technical support
Strong problem solving skills attention to detail and a service oriented attitude
EXPERIENCE:
At least two years of progressive experience in the ICT field.
