To support the implementation of RASB (Risk awareness and Safer Behaviour) activities on Weapon Contamination at branch level, including community awareness, volunteer management, and reporting, to reduce risks of weapon contamination.

. Activity Implementation

• Deliver RASB sessions to communities and target groups 
• Support organization of campaigns and awareness activities 
• Ensure activities follow approved messages and methodologies 

2. Volunteer Management

• Train and support RASB volunteers 
• Supervise volunteers during sessions and field activities 
• Ensure quality and consistency of delivered sessions 

3. Reporting & Data Collection

• Collect activity data (sessions, beneficiaries, locations) 
• Prepare and submit regular reports to the Coordinator 
• Support pre/post assessments and feedback collection 

4. Community Engagement

• Engage with community leaders and local stakeholders 
• Identify high-risk areas and target groups 
• Promote safe behaviours and key RASB messages 

5. Logistics & Materials

• Ensure availability and proper use of IEC materials (posters, leaflets, etc.) 
• Support distribution of communication materials 

6. Compliance & Safety

• Follow SRCS and ICRC guidelines and procedures 
• Ensure safety of volunteers and beneficiaries during activities 

• University degree in a relevant field.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience (community work, training, or humanitarian work) 
• Good communication and facilitation skills 
• Ability to work with volunteers and communities 

Languages

• Arabic 
• English

• Based in target location with field mobility 
• Ability to work under pressure and in insecure environments
