Background: ROLE PURPOSE: To support the Learning & Talent Development Manager in the effective delivery of the overall L&D strategy. Conducting Induction programme for new volunteers and regular employees. The post holder will be responsible for increasing the awareness level of all staff (more focus on the provincial staff) on the applicable policies, procedures and applicable digital platforms. Under the supervision of Learning & Talent Development Manager, the postholder will identify development needs, design, create and deliver solutions across the organization at every level. She/He will also be responsible for delivering and developing training evaluation mechanisms to deliver quality L&D interventions. As the position focus is in increasing the awareness level of the employees in field offices, therefore the post holder will be spending more than 30% time in Field Offices.

Duties and responsibilities:
KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY: - Provide client oriented and effective L&D services to all SCI Sudan employees.
- With a critical eye assess and identify the learning gaps for additional support and trainings required.
- Support the Learning & Talent Development Manager in identifying the training needs of the organization.
- Enjoy working with tight deadlines and provide valuable inputs on L&D matters.
- Support employees and maintain up to date record of all SCI mandatory trainings through the LMS system.
- Deliver Face-to-Face induction programmes for new recruited volunteers & regular staff on regular basis.
- Deliver refresher Face-to-Face induction programmes for all staff every year.
- Coordinating one-to-one functional induction for new joining extended senior management team SMT and international staff.
- Ensure training materials are up-to-date and relevant.
- Prepare and submit reports on training activities, participation, and outcomes.
- Utilize various training methods, including in-person, online, and blended learning approaches.
- Stay current with trends and best practices in employee learning and development.
- Managing the schedules of employee participation during the onboarding phase.
- Designing tests (pre-test & post-test) to measure employees' knowledge of organizational standards
- Respond to all incoming queries, questions, and technical issues in relation to L&D
- Evaluating feedback from staff members about the efficiency of training procedures
- Keep and maintain the L&D relevant trackers.
- Raise awareness of mental health issues and reduce stigma through education and communication campaigns.

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:
QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or any other relevant discipline. EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS - At least, 1 years of practical/professional experience in capacity building and delivering trainings.
- Understanding of L&D standards, performance reviews and legislative principles, procedures and relating to employee management.
- Ability to travel frequently to different field office where SC Sudan operates.
- Ability to plan and organize a substantial workload that includes complex, diverse tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to gain credibility with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels of an organization. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
