The HRMIS Officer will report to the Senior Human Resources Manager and will be responsible for providing HR Administrative Staff Information Systems Support Functions to the IRC country office while coordinating with other field offices.

 

Main Purpose of Job: 

 

The HRMIS Officer manages IRC HR Technology, overseeing the Customization, implementation and maintenance of HRMIS platform, ensuring data accuracy, and using HRMIS data for reporting and analysis 



 
 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Focal HR leads in all IRC Field Offices including Head Office for Daily & Monthly HR Data additions and changes.
  • Responsible for Supervising updates with support in updating all IRC staff (regular National, International & Incentives (Interns, consultants, Volunteers, Daily Labor & Seconded Staff)) Data for all HR Functions of BIO Data, Personnel, Contracts, Recruitment, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Exit Management, Leave Management, Time Reporting, Reports & Travel.   
  • With the support of the Sr. HR Manager & the Sr. Compensation & Benefits Officer, pilot, customize and develop the different HR Modules.
  • Monitor & analyze the flow of information between different modules 

For correctness of data entered through field Offices and adjust accordingly.

  • Conduct ongoing Orientation on to new and existing staff on System usage.
  • Manage all modules settings to grant access & usage.
  • Manage and upgrade system reports.
  • Manage all system ALLStaff notifications. 
  • Keep record & update of system Support logs with Data Care focal.
  • Adjust System Public Holiday Calander annually.
  • Manage accuracy and update of staff data mainly on workday, People Directory and any other HR systems used in future by generating monthly reports.
  • Deploy HRMIS system and review it for development
    Add all the information from personnel files into the database in assistance with HR Field Officers. 
  • Keeping updated records of new joiners, staff exits, and vacancy tracking logs. 
  • Any other extra Duties that might be requested by Direct Supervisor within the scope of MIS. 

 
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology or any other related field.
  • At least 3 years required including 2 years as HR generalist and 1-year related experience in the field of Database Administration, HRMIS Development and Implementation.
  • Excellent communication Skills both written and verbal in English & Arabic.
  • Personal strength to conduct observations and report instances of procedural breaches where there may be resistance to full compliance.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Have good interpersonal and training skills.
  • Ability to execute full training cycle from planning to evaluation.
  • Proficiency in the use of computers and MS Office software packages,
    Critical-thinking skills.
  • Attention to details Skills.
