The HRMIS Officer will report to the Senior Human Resources Manager and will be responsible for providing HR Administrative Staff Information Systems Support Functions to the IRC country office while coordinating with other field offices.
Main Purpose of Job:
The HRMIS Officer manages IRC HR Technology, overseeing the Customization, implementation and maintenance of HRMIS platform, ensuring data accuracy, and using HRMIS data for reporting and analysis |
