Position Purpose: 
 

The Safety Officer ensures that all company operations and project activities are executed in compliance with national regulations, company HSE policies, and international standards.

He/she safeguards employees, contractors, assets, and the public by implementing proactive safety systems across utility-scale solar projects, rooftop installations, and all company departments.
 

Key Accountabilities:

• HSE Management & Compliance.
•  Site Safety for Solar Utility/Conventional power Projects.
• Site Safety for Rooftop Projects.
•  Site Safety for Rooftop Projects.
• Training & Capacity Building.
• Reporting.
• Incident & Emergency Response.
• Auditing & Inspections.
• Documentation & Reporting.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, First Aid, Fire Safety, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in construction or EPC projects (solar/Power experience preferred).
