SUMMARY: The HIS Assistant will be supporting the MEAL Office to ensure data collection and the HIS system functional among all RI activities, MEAL activities, monitoring, documentation, assessments, accountability mechanisms, and reporting. |

Duties and responsibilities: Duties and responsibilities: Planning: Map out all MEAL activities and ensure that the activities are included in the main MEAL work plan. Ensure that each project has M&E tools as required (theory of change, logical framework, IPTT, IPRS, and M&E framework, and DIP). Give back to the MEAL Officer progress of all the MEAL activities. Report on the progress of MEAL activities. Monitoring:
Evaluation: Support coordination of baseline, mid-term, and endline evaluation, assessments, and special studies. Working with the MEAL Officer to follow up on evaluation feedback and recommendations. Accountability: Coordinate accountability to community activities, including managing feedback and complaints channels (hotline calls, suggestion boxes, and monthly community dialogue sessions). Conduct regular community awareness sessions on RI feedback and complaint mechanisms. Provide weekly update of community feedback and complaint log-sheet and proper file of documents in Box - Accountability folder. Track and ensure timely response to received feedback and complaints. Consolidate and share monthly feedback and complaints report. Learning: Coordinate identification and documentation of success stories, best practices, achievements, lessons learned, recommendations, and activity photographs. Create timely data and information/document backups in RI-MEAL Sudan Box Folder Data Management Support in data cleaning and analysis Support in creating kobo tools Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree in Bio Statistic, public health, epidemiology, Statistics, psychology, Monitoring & Evaluation and/or other relevant fields with at least three years of relevant professional work experience. |
