Background: SUDO is an independent, secular, National non-governmental, non-partisan and non-profit making organization established in April 2001 and dedicated to the promotion and the protection of human rights, peace building, support human basic services and development. In particular, the sector includes: FSL, Health, Nutrition, Protection, WASH, and cash programs. SUDO is currently operating through 13 well-established field offices.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of SCLR projects in collaboration with community trainers and field staff.
- Coordinate the identification, verification, and selection of community-based organizations (CBOs) and mutual aid groups following SUDO standard procedures.
- Supervise the development of project proposals, budgets, and agreements with CBOs, ensuring compliance with SUDO and donor standards.
- Monitor project implementation progress and ensure activities are delivered within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Provide technical and administrative support to community initiatives in financial management, accountability, and reporting.
- Manage and review narrative and financial reports submitted by CBOs; provide timely feedback and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Support capacity building of CBOs on protection mainstreaming, accountability, and reporting systems.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including local authorities, partner organizations, and community representatives.
- Oversee data entry and reporting through SUDO’s digital systems, SHF- GMS and ensure timely submission of required reports and other requirements.
- Participate in project review meetings and contribute to lessons learned, best practices, and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure protection principles, do-no-harm, and community accountability mechanisms are mainstreamed throughout project activities.
- Ensure timely submission of donor reporting and documentation of project results, success stories, and challenges.

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:
Qualifications: - Master's degree in Project Management, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or any relevant field.
- At least 10 years of experience in managing humanitarian or community development projects, including at least 2 years in supervising community-based initiatives.
- Proven experience with CBO support, or mutual aid approaches.
- Experience with SHF-GMS is an advantage.
Skills: - Excellent project management, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and report-writing abilities.
- High proficiency in digital systems, databases, and report entry tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills (with communities, authorities, donors, and partners).
- Strong financial management and accountability understanding.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and in insecure environments.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
