Background: CHILD SAFEGUARDING: Level 3: the role holder will have contact with children and/or young people either frequently (e.g. once a week or more) or intensively (e.g. four days in one month or more or overnight) because they work in-country programs; or are visiting country programs; ore because they are responsible for implementing the police checking/vetting process staff. |

Mange Office Store. Responsible for ensuring inside and outside office area quality of Cleanness. Availing Drinking water and Electricity charges all SCI premises Follow up on all the maintenance of SCI premises Responsible, cleaners, and cooks, Responsible for Payments of SCI field rented premises Managing Overtime payment for drivers and cleaners Raising PRs for all Admin purchases Accountability: Holds self-accountable for making decisions, managing resources efficiently, achieving and role modelling Save the Children values. Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required: University degree in Business Administration or any other Social Science Minimum 1 years’ experience in Admin role Interpersonal & Communications. Excellent computer skills and excellent English language skills (reading and writing). Previous experience of working in admin and HR administrative role First-rate organizational skills with a strong eye for detail and the ability to prioritize effectively whilst working to tight deadlines. Good attention to detail Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel/Word. Experience in managing HR records i.e. for both paper and electronic systems. Good verbal/written communication skills, a clear understanding, and awareness of HR processes including the importance of confidentiality. |
