Background: The Education Specialist plays a key role in researching, analyzing, and developing educational plans, programs, and policies. This position supports evidence-based decision-making by gathering data, evaluating educational needs, and ensuring that program planning aligns with Sadagaat’s internal policies, as well as the requirements of donors and partners. The specialist contributes to the design, implementation, and evaluation of education initiatives that promote access, quality, and sustainability in education programs.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Contribute to the formulation and continuous improvement of the organisation's education project strategies, policies and procedures and project proposals
- Conduct organizational reviews to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities, and evaluate the operational effectiveness of new and existing education projects.
- Supervise the implementation of education program activities and child protection activities.
- Monitor project progress, ensure progress reports prepared, contribute to monitoring and evaluation, and identify the impact of implemented programs and projects.
- Ensure all necessary legal documents, such as contracts and agreement conditions, are properly issued and maintained.
- Foster strong collaborative relationships within the organization and with key external partners and organizations to enhance the quality of thinking and ideas applied to stakeholder needs .
- Prepare reports, concept notes, and background documents for donor submissions and partner coordination.
- Support the fundraising and partnerships function by engaging with corporate social responsibility managers to build strategic partnerships aligned with the organization's education strategy.
- Represent the organization in meetings organized by international development and humanitarian aid organizations present in the country.
- Support capacity building and technical assistance for staff and partners involved in education initiatives.

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:
Minimum Qualification & Experience : - Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management, Business Administration, or any relevant field, Master’s degree in Education Planning is an asset.
- At least 3- 5 years of experience managing and implementing education projects, preferably within NGOs or international development organizations.

- Leadership : Ability to inspire and motivate a team , Demonstrated capacity to guide and mentor staff members.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Partnership Building and Policy and Donor Compliance as well.
- Experience in project management and managing budgets, result-based programming.
- Proficiency in data management and M&E tools.
- Excellent knowledge in data management.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is required.
- Skills in negotiating and mediating disputes.
- Ability to work effectively in diverse cultural settings.
