Background: Background: In partnership with UNICEF, Youth in Action Organization is implementing E-learning Programme that aims to provide accessible, high-quality educational content to learners across Republic of Sudan, the program is designed to leverage technology to support education in underserved areas and improve digital literacy. The Project Coordinator Officer will play a critical role in coordinating the implementation, monitoring progress, and ensuring the program’s alignment with organizational goals Objective: To manage and coordinate the effective implementation of the E-learning program, ensuring it meets the strategic objectives of increasing educational accessibility and program quality. The Project Coordinator Officer will ensure smooth operation, stakeholder engagement, and timely delivery of program components. Deliverables: The Project Coordinator Officer will be expected to deliver the following: - Project Plan: Develop and maintain a detailed project plan outlining key milestones, activities, and deadlines.
- Reports: Weekly, Monthly and quarterly progress reports on program implementation, outcomes, and recommendations for improvement & provide updates to stakeholders and participate in review meetings as required, in addition to reporting any major risks or delays to senior management immediately.
- Platform Management: Ensure the e-learning platform is operational, user-friendly, and well-maintained & to develop and update relevant training materials.
- Participant Engagement: Achieve targeted participant engagement numbers and feedback scores.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the Implementation Manager to provide the necessary support.
- Enhance and execute education sector projects across all areas to support team success, while providing consultation and supervision
- Utilizing various methods to monitor working hours, project plans, expenses, and final schedules
- Monitor project progress and prepare reports on the accomplishments achieved to date.
- Coordinating project management activities, resources, equipment, and essential data.
- Breaking down the project into actionable tasks with appropriate timeframes.
- Engaging with new partners to define the project requirements, objectives, and final deadlines.
- Distributing the duties to the team and help manage the time frame.
- Making sure to fulfill the needs of the partners while the project progresses.
- Preparing periodic reports on risk management and open opportunities
- Overseeing procurement management within the projects
- Monitoring the progress of the projects and handling any problems that may occur
- Following on the issuing of all legal documents such as contracts and agreement conditions… etc.
- Creating the projects documents, plans, reports and maintaining them.
- Participating in preparing the projects budget.
- Assist in raising the local societies awareness towards the education cases.
- Assist in gathering information, and preparing the plans and studies related to education cases.
- Networking and coordination with both governmental and non-governmental organizations working in the field of education and work on creating new chances.
- Any other duties as required to achieve the program objective

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:
Competency Required for the Position: - B.Sc. degree or equivalent professional certificate in Social Science and relevant fields such as education, Information management/technology, communication, electronic engineering.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role- with an emphasis on coordination, familiarity with development of project monitoring frameworks and/or monitoring and evaluation tools.
- This position is of a field-based working nature, ability and willingness to frequently travel and stay in the field is required.
- Language Requirements: Fluency in English & Arabic is required.
- Other languages or local languages are an asset.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, budgets management & result based programming.
- Experience in monitoring and evaluation.
- Excellent knowledge in data management.
- Experience with Excel spreadsheets.
- Must be prepared to work as part of a team and assist or carry out other duties during periods of high workload and emergencies.

Budget: The Project Coordinator Officer will be responsible for overseeing the project budget in collaboration with the finance team. A detailed financial plan will be provided upon commencement. Evaluation Criteria The performance of the Project Coordinator Officer will be evaluated based on: - Achievement of project milestones and deliverables.
- Timeliness and accuracy of reports.
- Quality of stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Effectiveness in managing risks and challenges.
- Overall impact and success of the E-learning program.
