Position Summary: The HR Coordinator – Training and Develpoment will lead strategic Training and Develpoment initiatives, and supports the HR team by leading staff training, performance management, and well-being activities. This role helps improve staff skills, ensures performance reviews are done on time, and promotes a healthy and supportive work environment. The coordinator works closely with HR, managers, and other departments to plan trainings, track staff performance, and organize wellness sessions. |
