Duties and responsibilities:
Oversee program startup, ongoing management, administration, and closure
Lead the design of livelihoods, food security and cash interventions with support from CORE’s HQ technical services unit and dedicated global cash and markets focal point
Oversee the implementation of cash and livelihoods program Interventions in his/her/their respective location.
Contribute to all livelihoods, CVA (including but not limited to MPCA) - related fieldwork including community mobilization of program participants, participant identification/registration, distributions and monitoring.
Contribute to the development of strategy, activity work plans, procurement plan and program updates/reports.
Support program reporting, monitoring and evaluation systems (to track, analyse and report on results) for both internal and external use.
Ensure that program implementation is responsive to communities and partners that are consistent with the best humanitarian practices and standards and CORE’s relevant program guidelines, principles, values, quality, and strategic plan.
Ensure that program participants are effectively and ethically targeted and registered for assistance according to established vulnerability criteria.
Ensure compliance with donor and CORE regulations related to emergency programming
Proactively ensure that team members operate in a secure environment and are aware of policies.
Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:
5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably with INGOs.
Proven track record of managing large, complex programs with cross-functional teams
Minimum 3 years supervisory experience
Demonstrated experience in the management and evaluation of FSL/CVA, WASH, Education and Protection programs
Demonstrated experience with preparing and monitoring grant funded program budgets
Familiarity with community-based organizations
Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations
