 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Managing the portfolio assigned to the project location as per project budget 
  • Developed Detailed Implementation Plan – DIP based on the logical framework of the project in coordination other stakeholders.
  • Drive the project execution with efficiency and effectiveness to achieve the planned objective to reach the desired outcomes and impact.
  • Preparation of accurate and timely reporting on the project activities presented to the stakeholders and donors.
  • Coordinate project delivery with implementing partner and other key stakeholders in North Kordofan and Khartoum states.
  • Communicate with line manager in any concerns may hinder implementation of the project as planned, propose mitigation measures, and provide briefings when required.
  • Represent CORE at state level sector and coordination meetings.
  • Engage in meeting involving donor, implementing partner and keep records of discussion and agreed actions for monitoring and follow-up.
  • Meeting beneficiaries targeted and demonstrated change/outcomes
  • Facilitate regular joint Project monitoring and evaluation with donor, government authorities and other stakeholders. 

 
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in social sciences, business administration or related field.
  • At least three (3 - 5) years field experience in humanitarian or development work, project management and/or community development, MPCA programming, GCT Group Cash transfer experience.  
  • Experience in implementing projects adhering to high quality technical standards where strict attention to detail is required
  • Experience in working with and through partners and in motivating and developing the skills of others.
  • Demonstrated experience in the management of FSL and CVA programs.
  • Familiarity with locally led cash and strengthening the capacity of community-based organizations
  • Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
