General Responsibilities

1. Ensure that the e-vouchers are uploaded with the correct monetary value or the allocated amount to the target groups WFP SCOPE Card.
2. Together with WFP field staff, monitor the trader’s shops and verify the electronic vouchers redemption at contracted traders’ shops within the distribution centre.
3. Supervise e-voucher casual distribution team alongside the national partner Staff.
4. Report to WHH CBT Coordinator on the redemption process on a regular basis.
5. Ensure that the work place is equipped with all requirements including tables, desks e.t.c.
6. Together with community leaders address arising issues regarding e-voucher top-up and redemption process.
7. Assist with monitoring of FFA activities progress whenever assigned by WHH.

Qualification:

• University Degree (Bachelor’s Degree in agriculture, community development  or any relevant)
• At least 3 years of working experience in a similar position with International NGO.
• Excellent MS Office skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access) is mandatory.
• Excellent English language skills (reading, writing, speaking) is mandatory!
• Arab language skills (reading, writing, speaking).
