Duties and responsibilities: Main Purpose: The Reporting and Documentation Officer for the HA will play a crucial role in supporting the Country Director in Sudan and the Senior Programs Officer at HQ by ensuring the accurate reporting and documentation of all projects in Sudan. The officer will assist in gathering field-level information, feedback, and data essential for project monitoring and reporting. Their responsibilities will also include helping to collect and organize data for reports, providing administrative support to the Country Director, and ensuring that all project-related documentation is complete and up to date. This role will be vital in maintaining efficient communication and tracking of project progress across the country.
NB - Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned. |
