As Senior Technical Advisor – Education, you'll shape Save the Children’s education strategy, ensuring high-impact programs that drive real change. You’ll provide expert guidance, influence policy, and advocate for quality education while fostering strong partnerships with key stakeholders. In humanitarian emergencies, you'll take the lead in Education in Emergencies (EiE), ensuring swift, effective responses. This role is for a visionary leader ready to innovate, collaborate, and make a lasting impact on education in Sudan.

• Lead education strategy development and program quality improvement.
• Influence policy and advocacy through evidence-based initiatives.
• Represent Save the Children in national and international education forums.
• Build and strengthen partnerships with government bodies, INGOs, and UN agencies.
• Support education teams with technical expertise, research, and innovation.

• A Master’s degree in Social Sciences or a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in education programming, including leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in literacy, inclusive education, early childhood development, and quality learning environments.
• Experience in policy advocacy, capacity-building, and research.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
