Background: The D-learning Program of UNCEIF-Sadagaat Charity Organization aims to provide accessible, high-quality educational content to learners across Republic of Sudan, the program is designed to leverage technology to support education in underserved areas and improve digital literacy. The Field Project Coordinator will play a critical role in coordinating the implementation, monitoring progress, and ensuring the program’s alignment with organizational goals in the Field level.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the Project Manager and provide the needed support
- Improve and implement the Education sector projects in all the fields that will help the team in succeeding while providing consultation and supervision.
- Using different methods to over watch the working hours, plans, expenses and final schedule.
- Monitor the progress of the projects and preparing reports of the project’s accomplishments so far.
- Coordinating the project management activities, resources, equipment’s and necessary data.
- Dividing the project to implementable actions with suitable timeframes.
- Communicating with new agents to specify the requirements, goals and final deadlines of the project.
- Distributing the duties to the team and help manage the time frame.
- Making sure to fulfill the needs of the partners while the project progresses.
- Preparing periodic reports on risk management and open opportunities
- Supervising the purchase management in the projects when needed.
- Monitoring the progress of the projects and handling any problems that may occur.
- Following on the issuing of all legal documents such as contracts and agreement conditions… etc.
- Creating the projects documents, plans. Reports and maintaining them.
- Participating in preparing the projects budget if required.
- Assist in raising the local societies awareness towards the education cases.
- Assist in gathering information, and preparing the surveys and studies related to the education cases.
- Networking and coordination with government organization and non-government organization working in the field of education and work on creating new chances.

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study.
- Three years of experience in a related field.
- Fluency in English is required, other language or a local language is an asset
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and community engagement
