Background:
Support the processing of procurements and relevant functions in accordance with LM procurement manual for the LM H.O office and support filed procurement offices as necessary.
Duties and responsibilities:
Procurement
Facilitate the procurement process (issuing RFQ, collecting quotation, preparing QEF, PO/supply and service contract, note to file, translating Arabic quotation to English as necessary and other relevant functions)
Organise Purchase Committee meeting sharing calendar invitation and keeping close contact with Purchase Committee
PR tracker updating in share folder
Filing of procurement documentation in the share folder following filling procedure
Collaboration and Support programme to ensure raising PR on time as per procurement plan
Check supplier database locally and source potential supplier/contractor/service provider
Meeting with supplier/vendor about progress of ongoing contract and supplies
Arrange the vehicle daily movement
Follow and perform vehicles with petrol when needed.
Any other relevant task assigns by Log Coordinator
Capacity building
He/she will ensure the effective functioning of the procurement in LM H.O office through processing all procurement as follows with close cooperation and communication with System and programme staff.
Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:
Essential
BSc in any relevant field.
Minimum 6 months experience preferred with INGOs
Desirable
Report writing skills is highly desirable
Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to effectively make presentations.
Competencies:
Essential
Fluency in "English and Arabic”
Proficient in computer programmes such as Word and Excel, power point.
Desirable
Strong interpersonal skills and team player with the ability to build relationships with communities, staff and partners at all levels.
Able to work under pressure and with diverse cultures;
Be able to build and maintain good relationships with suppliers, and other service providers

Job Commitment
Starting date: As soon as possible.
Duration of commitment: 1 year with a 3 months’ probation period with a possibility of extension based on performance evaluation and budget availability.
