Background: Medair is a humanitarian INGO whose mission is to relieve suffering in some of the world’s most remote and devastated places. Currently, Medair is implementing projects in Khartoum and Blue Nile States, in the sectors of health & nutrition, WASH, and NFI.
The Finance Department have the responsibility to coordinate the annual operating budgets, accounting, payroll, asset management planning and tracking records in coordination with the logistics department, job costing, mandated financial reporting and management reporting and the Human Resources department has the responsibility of people management such compensation, hiring, performance management, organisation development, safety, wellness benefits, employee motivation, communication, administration and training. |

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required: Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, human resources or other relevant courses
Work experience: 2 years post-qualification professional experience in a similar or related field within an international NGO
Languages: High level of written and spoken Arabic
Motivation: Enjoys a challenge and works hard to achieve objectives
