ROLE PURPOSE: Under the supervision of the GBV Officer, the GBV case Worker will oversee provision of survivor- centered case management services to women and girls affected by conflict and specifically providing support to survivors of gender-based violence. He/she will be responsible for providing direct support, including GBV case management and psychosocial support services, to at-risk women and girls and survivors of GBV. The GBV caseworker will oversee identification of the needs of the women and refer them to appropriate care to meet their needs. |
