Overall Job Summary :  
To be responsible for providing backstopping to IR project Field Officer in implementing and monitoring the project activities in Red Sea state.
 

Functional Responsibilities & Tasks:
1. Participate in registration and identify project beneficiaries including segregation of data by sex, age and people with disability. 
2. Data entry for Registration list of beneficiaries 
3. Mobilize project target beneficiaries to participate in implementing project activities 
4. Participate in receiving project deliverables in locations and assist in the monitoring and follow-up of daily registering and keeping records.
5. Monitor and follow up the implementation of project activities in IDPs gathering centers.
6.  Provide daily updates for project activities progress to the Field Officer.
7. Submit field reports on a weekly basis to the Field Officer.
8. Participate in distribution processes for cash, NFIs, Shelters and food packs
9. Assist in placing of IR logo on for all project activities undertaken at the field level 
10. Maintain proper filing of project documents.
11. Any other tasks assigned concerning the project implementation activities.

Working Condition :
1. The post-duty station is based in Islamic Relief PortSudan office.
2. It requires permanent/frequent longer stays in the field (expected to be up to 100% of the time).
3. Movement of transportation with IRW  vehicles or rented vehicles to facilitate project implementation in  the project area
 

1. University degree.
2. Between  2-3 years of experience working in emergency project delivery.   
3. Very good knowledge about the project area is preferable.

1. Ability to liaise with implementing partners and different stakeholders.
2. Moderate computer skills and the ability to speak the communities' languages or local languages is a privilege. 
3. Creativity, open-minded, adaptability to changes, flexibility and honesty required.
4. Commitment to high-quality work is appreciated.
5. Able to prioritize clearly & good interpersonal skills
