Responding to humanitarian emergencies is an essential part of ADD work to fight poverty and injustice and we recognize that emergencies are a cause and effect of both. ADD helps people cope with crises through emergency relief intervention with more focus on women and girls.
Job Summary:
The Procurement Coordinator responsible for ensuring that all logistic, procurement, administration policies and procedures are correctly interpreted, understood and implemented by the ADD staff members & holds itself accountable to accepted international humanitarian principles, standards and codes of conduct, including the Red Cross/Crescent & NGO code of conduct, the Sphere standards, and the HAP principles and standards. The Procurement coordinator oversees all internal office logistic and coordination as stated in the below specific tasks. This includes resources management coordination and provision of Logistic support to Sudan, project team and partners staff. The Procurement Coordinator will report to operation Manager with administrative line relationship with finance /program unit |
