Background: CRS Sudan seeks to implement a USAID Feed the Future project that aims to improve food security and support smallholder farmers in Sudan. The project will seek to increase agriculture and livestock productivity, improve availability and access to agricultural extension and other critical services, and improve use of productive resources.

Duties and responsibilities: Job Summary: As Chief of Party II you will provide vision, leadership and overall management of the Transforming Agrifood and Nutrition through Multisectoral Inclusive Approaches (TANMIA) project to serve the poor and vulnerable. Your strategic leadership, management and technical knowledge will ensure the delivery of high-quality programming and advance the position of CRS as a leading agency in the food system development, food security, and livelihoods fields. As a senior leader you will proactively manage security and mitigate security risks.

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required: Basic Qualifications
Required Languages – English, Arabic an asset. Travel- Must be willing and able to travel up to 30% inside Sudan depending on need.[BR1] Some regional/international travel anticipated as well.
