Summary of Position: Working under the overall responsibility of the HR Manager, the HR Coordinator is responsible for implementing and leading the application of HR policies in Port Sudan and support field offices in order to assure that they meet both the needs of the organization and its legal obligations. This will include: recruitment and orientation of new staff, Payroll information for the Port Sudan office performance management, health and safety, records and HR information management, employee relations training, learning and development |
