Duties and responsibilities:
- Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the vehicle, including checking oil, water, brakes, tires, and other essential parts to ensure it is in proper working condition. Report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and road safety standards. Ensure all passengers are wearing seat belts and that the vehicle is operated in a safe and courteous manner.
Documentation: Maintain accurate vehicle logs, including daily mileage, fuel consumption, and service. - Professional Conduct: Maintain a professional demeanor, ensure confidentiality, and exhibit a helpful and courteous attitude towards all passengers.
- Ad Hoc Duties: Perform additional duties as required, including assisting with office tasks, deliveries, and running errands.

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:
- Education: Secondary school education or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of driving experience with a clean driving record. Experience working in a similar role within an NGO or corporate environment is preferred.
- Skills:
- Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle category.
- Good knowledge of local and regional road networks.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and the ability to conduct minor repairs.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Arabic.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.
4. Key Performance Indicators - Timely and safe transportation of staff and goods.
- Proper maintenance of the vehicle, with no preventable mechanical failures.
- Compliance with traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Accurate and timely submission of vehicle logs and reports.
5. Working Conditions - Must be willing to work outside normal working hours, including weekends and holidays, if required.
- Flexibility to travel to various locations as per the organization's needs.
