Background: The Talent Acquisition Officer will provide administrative & operational support to the HR team particular in the recruitment process.
|
|
Duties and responsibilities:
KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY: - Support end-to-end national recruitments in line with organization policy and Sudan labour law.
- Coordinate recruitment administrative process internally and externally with labour office and HAC.
- Supporting the Talent Acquisition manager/coordinator in preparation and record keeping of recruitment files.
- Support Talent Acquisition unit with updating recruitment tracker.
- Ensure that all recruitments documents are completed as per the check list and submitted to records management focal point.
- Support the recruitment audit processes by providing the necessary and complete documents.
- Prepare new selected candidate letter of offer, and contract of employment and have them signed by CD and endorsed by HAC Labour Department.
- Help in getting Recruitment planners fully signed.
- Support in conducting pre-offer checks such as reference checks, rehire checks & vetting.
- Assist the HR& and relevant hiring managers in coordinating shortlisting, written tests and oral interviews and keep proper records.
- Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:
Essential - 3 years of experience in HR or any relevant role.
- Min BSc. degree in Business Admin or any relevant social studies
- High level of integrity/confidentiality and ability to work as part of a professional team
- Ability to understand HR issues, including recruitment and selection, contractual documentation and the provision of management information
- Proven ability to handle challenging workload with good organizational skills and ability to deliver consistently to deadlines on operational and project responsibilities.
- Cross-cultural experience, understanding and sensitivity
- Reasonable interpersonal, written and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear advice from a distance.

- Previous experience of working in a HR administrative role, including the administration of recruitment and on boarding processes will be an added advantage
