Background: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be part of the Talent Acquisition unit supporting efficient delivery recruitment requirements. The Talent Acquisition coordinator will be providing support including but not limited to end-to-end recruitment of field office vacancies as well as capacity building of HR field staff and overall monitoring and coordination of recruitment actions.

Duties and responsibilities:
KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY: Recruitment - Conducts end-to-end recruitment ensuring that the process is fair, transparent, competitive and consistent with SCI and local regulations.
- Coordinate with labour office and HAC for end-to-end recruitment process and as per accepted Procedures.
- Review job descriptions and ensure that they are developed in a consistent manner and according to the established salary grades.
- Conducts job evaluation process for new or updated functions to ensure alignment in current scale and structure
- Provide guidance to hiring managers in identifying key competencies and to select the best-fit
- Conducts applicants screening processes – longlisting, interviews, exam
- Ensure proper and timely vetting and background check of new employees.
- Ensure proper process is followed throughout the placement of new staff with complete documentation
- Preparation, release and ensures understanding of the staff on the employment conditions
- Ensures trackers are regularly maintained and updated
- Assist field office recruitment staff in their recruitment requirements
- Assist the recruitment team in ensuring all recruitment actions are addressed and processed on a timely manner
- Ensures an up to data tracking system of all recruit actions
- Be on the lookout for continuous improvement on recruitment policies and practices
- Contribute on keeping candidates attracted through monitoring of benefits package of similar INGOs
Onboarding - Coordinates with Compensation and Benefits team to ensures that newly hired employees are included in the payroll, HRIS and provided related benefits
- Coordinates with Learning and Development Team to ensure proper orientation
- Ensures that all newly hired staff have been provided with identification cards, official email addresses, laptops, cellular phones, office space, office supplies
Networking - Actively explore contacts across country in order to have a wider scope of candidates
- Maximize social media as a recruitment platform
- Involvement in professional and development meetings to increase familiarity to key stakeholders
Other Functions - Support managers and employees on understanding organizational rules and regulations as well as labour laws
- Support managers on manpower planning
- Review/update processes and policies in timely and relevant to the changing situation of the organization
- Support in HR related projects
- Assist in enhancing HR metrices to ensure efficiency in implementing deliverables
- Ensure the implementation of HR systems, policies, procedures and guidelines as required by Save the Children including Oracle and any other HR developed system to ensure sustainability and continuity of systems.
- Participate in proposal development to ensure appropriate manpower requirement and aligned with internal policies, terms and procedures
- Perform any other relevant task as assigned by the supervisor.

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:
Essential Requirements: - Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or relevant field with 4+ years in HR, ideally with international organizations.
- HR Skills: Proven experience in delivering client-focused HR services, especially in high-demand recruitment scenarios or humanitarian settings. Knowledge of local labor laws is a must.
- Key Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail, results-oriented, with analytical and flexible approaches.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with sci-HRIS is a plus.
- Team & Adaptability: Must be a team player, adaptable, and willing to learn and grow professionally. Able to work well under ambiguous conditions and challenging situations.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with multi-donor, multi-site programs, and prior managerial experience is an advantage.
